SUBVERSION

Subversion is a an oasis in the middle of the city, a fantasy where you're allowed to forget your designation, where you can enjoy a stiff drink, a cocktail, a beer, or a glass of wine. Most days there is some form of live music: whether it's lively jazz, crooning blues, or an acoustic band, you can count on an entertaining night. When no one is booked, popular standards are played over the speakers. Depending on the day you come, it could be the best of any decade, classic rock, or a cool jazz. It's up to whomever is on shift.

Upstairs, your experience is more private, darker. If you want to get away from it all, this is where you can lay your hat down. Have private business to discuss or a party you want thrown? There are roped off areas ready and waiting. But, what's behind the double doors? There are private, even more comfortable rooms because we haven't forgotten why we're all here: the "quota" and everything in between. Should you want ultimate privacy, these tinted rooms are yours for the using.

Friday - Saturday: 2 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Sunday - Thursday: 5 p.m. - 12 a.m.
