Considering people are claiming his hand really isn't cut off, my money would be on telepathic except we all see it. And he can't reach us all. If he can, I think we can both agree he needs to be eliminated. Or, put in his place. Barring that, my money's on witch. Pretty elaborate [ and gruesome ] illusion
